Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of channel partners, the full-time Partner Growth Manager will sustain and energize established partnerships through active engagement, education, and growth, while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of established partners, prioritizing outreach and diagnosing root causes of disengagement
- Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities, leading conversations to re-energize dormant accounts
- Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering ongoing education and monitoring partner health to reduce churn
Required Qualifications
- Experience in partnership management, account management, or B2B sales, ideally within SaaS
- Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts (30+) with structured prioritization
- Strong track record of reviving stalled relationships
- Comfortable running product demos and communicating technical concepts
- CRM proficiency and strong organizational habits for documentation and reporting
