Job Summary

To help scale and accelerate the partner ecosystem, the full-time remote Partner Growth Manager will manage partner engagement, develop structured enablement programs, and drive business growth through collaboration with various partner types.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the growth and success of assigned partners, developing structured plans for engagement and business growth
  • Build and manage repeatable partner onboarding and enablement processes, ensuring effective resource delivery
  • Create structured operating rhythms with partners, maintaining accurate reporting and visibility into partner health and progress
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or partner operations roles
  • Experience working with external partners such as resellers, agencies, and technology partners
  • Strong understanding of partner-led growth models and experience building engagement processes
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and experience using CRM systems
  • Analytical mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
