Job Summary
To help scale and accelerate the partner ecosystem, the full-time remote Partner Growth Manager will manage partner engagement, develop structured enablement programs, and drive business growth through collaboration with various partner types.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the growth and success of assigned partners, developing structured plans for engagement and business growth
- Build and manage repeatable partner onboarding and enablement processes, ensuring effective resource delivery
- Create structured operating rhythms with partners, maintaining accurate reporting and visibility into partner health and progress
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or partner operations roles
- Experience working with external partners such as resellers, agencies, and technology partners
- Strong understanding of partner-led growth models and experience building engagement processes
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and experience using CRM systems
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
