Partner Innovation Director

Job Summary

Driving strategic partnerships in a remote environment, the full-time Partner Innovation Director will manage partner recruitment, define partnership strategies, and support the growth of the Workday Agent Partner Network.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and negotiate new strategic partnerships within the Agentic AI and Data ecosystem
• Define and execute partnership strategies aligned with Workday's Product and Technology roadmap
• Collaborate across various Workday organizations to ensure successful joint solution definition and partnership creation

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of partner management, development, and engagement experience
• 10+ years of product management, strategy, application pre-sales, or consulting experience
• 3 years of experience in AI, Agentic AI, or Data Cloud topics
• Proven track record of developing at least 7 strategic technology partnerships
• Ability to engage in functional and technical discussions with strategic partners
