Partner Integration Product Owner
Job Summary
To support Cigna Healthcare's Individual Dental Plans, the full-time remote Partner Integration Product Owner will manage partner integrations, serve as a liaison between external partners and internal teams, and drive the execution of partner-facing initiatives to enhance service continuity and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Agile Product Owner for multiple integrated partner solutions, managing priorities and delivery execution
- Act as the primary liaison between external partners and internal teams, aligning partner needs with business outcomes
- Translate business and partner requirements into actionable features and user stories, managing the backlog for partner-impacting initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Agile product ownership, technical account management, or related roles
- Experience with external partner integrations, enrollment platforms, and digital sales/service platforms
- Strong understanding of Agile practices, including backlog management and user acceptance testing
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into actionable technology deliverables
- Experience managing escalations and operational support workflows from intake through resolution
