Job Summary

Supporting the Managing Partner in team strategy and coordination, the full-time Partner, Journey Supports Operations will manage systems, maintain product coherence, and ensure team alignment in a remote role with occasional travel.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate team strategy and priorities, facilitating quarterly planning and tracking progress toward goals
  • Manage the product roadmap and learning systems, ensuring alignment across build lists and gathering feedback for continuous improvement
  • Oversee the Methods Library and core platforms, maintaining accessibility and up-to-date resources for Design Partners and teammates
Required qualifications
  • Direct experience in K-12 schools as a teacher or in a similar role
  • Experience in operations, coordination, or a chief-of-staff type role with a proven track record
  • Strong project management skills, capable of prioritizing multiple workstreams and meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and familiarity with Notion; experience with AI tools is a plus
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information clearly for diverse audiences
