Partner Management Specialist
Job Summary
To support special projects in partner management, the temporary remote Partner Management Specialist will perform detailed reviews of partner documentation, maintain Salesforce records, and monitor SLA adherence while coordinating with various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Perform detailed reviews of partner documentation and supporting materials for accuracy and adherence to program requirements
- Maintain and update Salesforce opportunities, cases, and onboarding records according to defined standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate documentation for Salesforce assets and prepare related reporting and dashboards
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in banking, financial services, compliance, quality assurance, account management, or a related field
- Strong document review, editing, and quality assurance skills
- Demonstrated Salesforce proficiency, including case management and reporting
- Knowledge of governance, risk management, compliance, or operational controls
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
