Partner Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Manager to join their team in Costa Rica.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive partner engagement and co-selling opportunities with System Integrators (SIs)
• Support partners in developing their technical and service capabilities around dbt Cloud
• Facilitate self-service adoption and assist partners with onboarding to the self-service portal

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or partner operations within the data ecosystem
• Experience in managing and optimizing processes across a broad partner base
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to prioritize actionable opportunities
• Experience with manual, back-end work to onboard partners and coordinate logistics
• Customer-facing experience and a team-first attitude
