Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Manager to support and expand its agency ecosystem in the US and EU.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of agency partners
• Identify and onboard new high-potential agencies to drive revenue
• Lead partner enablement and collaborate with internal teams on campaigns

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in partnerships, channel, or agency-facing roles
• Deep understanding of the Amazon, Walmart, and DTC ecosystem
• Proven track record in sourcing and managing partnerships
• Experience in both hunting for new partners and farming existing relationships
• Self-starter mindset with strong commercial instincts
