Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Manager to build and nurture strategic relationships that drive growth and adoption of their solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with business goals
• Initiate and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, ensuring mutual goals are met
• Lead partner negotiations and coordinate onboarding and integration processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances
• Strong understanding of database & search technology, AI/ML ecosystems, and open-source solutions
• Proven success in identifying and scaling strategic partnerships
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment
