Partner Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Manager to build and maintain relationships with partners in North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new partners within the ideal partner profile
• Build and nurture relationships with software vendors, resellers, and consultants
• Track partner performance metrics and provide insights to drive growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or account management roles in the software industry
• Strong knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem
• Experience prospecting and building partner pipelines in North America
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes
