Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Manager to drive partner-led growth and manage relationships with referral partners and Platform Clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and own the partner-led growth motion from experimentation to repeatable programs
  • Develop and deepen relationships with referral partners and Platform Clients to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Coordinate between partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in building or scaling partnerships or revenue-adjacent initiatives in ambiguous environments
  • Proven ability to own outcomes related to pipeline or revenue
  • Strong judgment and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives without formal authority
  • High ownership and autonomy with a proactive approach to tasks
