Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Manager to drive partner-led growth and manage relationships with referral partners and Platform Clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own the partner-led growth motion from experimentation to repeatable programs
- Develop and deepen relationships with referral partners and Platform Clients to drive pipeline and revenue
- Coordinate between partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps
Required Qualifications
- Experience in building or scaling partnerships or revenue-adjacent initiatives in ambiguous environments
- Proven ability to own outcomes related to pipeline or revenue
- Strong judgment and prioritization skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives without formal authority
- High ownership and autonomy with a proactive approach to tasks
