Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Manager - Non-Integrated Referrals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential non-integrated referral partners
• Develop and execute strategic plans for expanding referral channels within target industries
• Monitor referral flow, conversion rates, and partner performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or referral programs
• Proven track record of driving revenue through indirect channels or referral partnerships
• Experience managing pipeline and performance metrics in a CRM
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred
