Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Manager to drive the growth and success of its partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize target partners, conducting outreach and initial qualification conversations
  • Lead partnership discussions, negotiate agreements, and align on go-to-market strategies
  • Onboard new partners, co-develop marketing plans, and monitor partner performance
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or partner management roles
  • Proven track record of developing partner lead pipelines
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Google Docs
  • Willingness to work remotely and travel as needed (approximately 10%)
