Job Summary

To support a growing partner ecosystem, the full-time remote Partner Manager will build and manage strategic ATS and HR technology partnerships, driving pipeline and revenue growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships that drive pipeline and revenue growth
  • Identify and develop new channel and referral partnership opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on joint campaigns and co-marketing initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR technology, background screening, SaaS, partnerships, or business development
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, or iCIMS
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding partnership and business development targets
  • Experience negotiating referral, revenue share, or co-marketing agreements
