Job Summary
To operationalize and scale co-sell and referral programs, the full-time remote Partner Manager will manage partnerships, provide sales enablement support, and drive revenue acceleration through direct engagement with partner sales teams.
Key responsibilities
- Operationalize partnerships into revenue-generating models by building functional support and engagement strategies
- Serve as the primary advocate for partner sales teams, equipping them with necessary training and resources
- Join partner sales calls and deliver product demonstrations to accelerate revenue growth
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Sales Enablement, or Account Management within a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of meeting sales-related quotas
- Experience in building or operationalizing a partner channel or program from the ground up
- Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM for pipeline tracking and performance reporting
- Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear requirements for internal teams
