Job Summary

To operationalize and scale co-sell and referral programs, the full-time remote Partner Manager will manage partnerships, provide sales enablement support, and drive revenue acceleration through direct engagement with partner sales teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Operationalize partnerships into revenue-generating models by building functional support and engagement strategies
  • Serve as the primary advocate for partner sales teams, equipping them with necessary training and resources
  • Join partner sales calls and deliver product demonstrations to accelerate revenue growth
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Sales Enablement, or Account Management within a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of meeting sales-related quotas
  • Experience in building or operationalizing a partner channel or program from the ground up
  • Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM for pipeline tracking and performance reporting
  • Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear requirements for internal teams
