Job Summary
Nurturing and expanding relationships with existing partners, the full-time Partner Manager will manage the Salesforce partnership, drive business development through partner channels, and scale the customer referral program while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Salesforce partnership by developing and executing go-to-market strategies and establishing co-sell motions
- Manage and grow a portfolio of technology partners to drive integrations and mutual value
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner engagement and satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS partnerships or business development roles with a focus on partnerships
- Direct experience with Salesforce AppExchange or co-sell motions is strongly preferred
- Proven track record of driving pipeline generation and measurable business results through partner channels
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with proficiency in CRM tools and analytics
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
