Job Summary

Responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with technology partners, the full-time remote Partner Manager will drive mutual business growth, enhance market differentiation, and execute joint business plans while collaborating with sales and technical teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans with assigned partners while managing overall partner relationship health
  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities through partner-led initiatives, engaging directly in key sales opportunities
  • Coordinate partner-sponsored training and enablement activities, acting as a trusted advisor to sales and presales teams
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 8 years of experience in a related field with expertise in managing multiple partnerships
  • 5 years of progressive experience with OEM partnerships and strategy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Preferred background with IBM and strong understanding of technology and business acumen
