Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of 100-120 strategic agency partners, the remote Partner Manager will focus on building pipeline, executing account plans, and resolving partner friction while influencing the evolution of the partnership program.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute account plans targeting joint pipeline goals and certification milestones for named partners
- Develop verticalized go-to-market strategies through co-marketing campaigns and industry-specific playbooks
- Proactively address partner issues and collaborate cross-functionally with product, support, finance, and customer success teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or strategic alliances, preferably with agency or services partners
- Proven track record of managing and growing a named partner portfolio with measurable revenue impact
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with agency executives and technical teams
- Data fluency to analyze reports, identify trends, and incorporate insights into discussions
- Familiarity with web development agencies or the WordPress/Drupal ecosystem is a significant advantage
