Partner Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing partnerships team, the full-time Partner Manager will build and manage strategic relationships, ensuring seamless operations for school districts and families navigating open education in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, fostering long-term relationships and identifying growth opportunities
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including FERPA
• Coordinate student enrollment processes, including new enrollments, transfers, and withdrawals

Required qualifications:

• Proficient with CRM systems, student information systems, and Google Workspace tools
• Experience with educational regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong understanding of individualized learning and education advocacy
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated ownership mindset and accountability in managing complex issues
