Partner Manager for Governance and Risk

Job Summary

Driving partner engagement and pipeline execution, the full-time Partner Manager for Governance and Risk will manage the IBM partnership, focusing on go-to-market strategies and cross-functional collaboration while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end partner lifecycle management for IBM, including joint business planning and performance tracking
• Drive partner pipeline development and deal progression in collaboration with field sales
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and advise IBM on market expansion and partner readiness

Required qualifications

• 10-15+ years in partner management or ecosystem roles within enterprise software or consulting services
• Strong understanding of partner-led and co-sell sales motions
• Experience in Governance, Risk, Security, and Operational Technology
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams in complex operating models
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies through partner ecosystems
