Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Manager - VARs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue outcomes across assigned VARs and Regional System Integrators
- Drive pipeline creation through joint prospecting and co-selling with aligned field sales teams
- Identify and recruit high-performing partners while executing joint business planning and tracking progress
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Channel Manager
- Experience working with VARs
- Proven successful sales background with a history of overachieving quota
- Startup experience is a plus
- Strong technical aptitude and data-driven mindset
