Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Manager (Global Trade Compliance).
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a partner ecosystem to drive revenue growth within Global Trade solutions
- Deliver $3M in partner-sourced closed revenue and generate 40-50 high-quality partner opportunities per quarter
- Establish co-selling motions with Sales and execute partner-led pipeline programs for measurable outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in generating pipeline and contributing to closed-won business
- Experience in identifying and engaging ICP-aligned partners with structured models
- Strong ability to uncover customer pain points and align partner value to business outcomes
- Experience in managing pipeline rigorously with a focus on quality and conversion rates
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
