Job Summary
Driving partner engagement and pipeline execution, the full-time Partner Manager - Governance & Risk will manage the end-to-end partner lifecycle for IBM, focusing on governance and risk practices while collaborating cross-functionally in a flexible or remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end partner lifecycle management, including joint business planning and performance tracking for Governance and Risk and Autonomous Workforce practices
- Drive partner pipeline development and deal progression in collaboration with field sales, engaging the right IBM partners for customer opportunities
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and governance forums, coaching IBM teams and advising on market expansion and partner readiness
Required qualifications
- 10-15+ years in partner management, alliances, or ecosystem roles within enterprise software or consulting services
- Strong understanding of partner-led and co-sell sales motions, particularly within Governance, Risk, Security, and Operational Technology
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence across multiple internal teams in complex, matrixed environments
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies through partner ecosystems
- Comfort operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action
