Partner Manager - Governance & Security

Job Summary

To drive partner engagement and pipeline execution, the full-time Partner Manager - Governance & Security will manage the end-to-end partner lifecycle for IBM, focusing on the Governance and Risk and Autonomous Workforce practices, while collaborating cross-functionally and working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own partner lifecycle management, including joint business planning and performance tracking for Governance and Risk practices
• Drive partner pipeline development and deal progression in collaboration with field sales
• Conduct business reviews and governance forums with IBM partners to track performance metrics and readiness indicators

Required qualifications

• 10-15+ years in partner management, alliances, or ecosystem roles within enterprise software or consulting services
• Strong understanding of partner-led and co-sell sales motions
• Experience in Governance, Risk, Security, and Operational Technology businesses
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams in complex operating models
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies through partner ecosystems
