Job Summary

To drive partner engagement and revenue growth, the full-time remote Partner Marketing Manager will manage strategic partner relationships, execute co-marketing programs, and maintain ongoing communications within the partner ecosystem.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the monthly marketing cadence with strategic partners, tracking commitments and joint marketing pipeline activity
  • Lead end-to-end execution of co-marketing programs, including webinars and campaigns that drive referrals and lead conversion
  • Develop and maintain partner communication strategies, including newsletters and community platforms, to keep the ecosystem informed and engaged
Required qualifications
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or ecosystem marketing
  • Proven track record of managing co-marketing programs and external partner relationships
  • Familiarity with the nonprofit technology ecosystem and understanding of system integrators
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in pipeline data analysis and performance reporting
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce for campaign and opportunity management
