Job Summary
To build and scale the ElevenLabs Partner Marketplace, the full-time remote Partner Marketplace Manager will manage the marketplace development, drive customer demand for partner solutions, and create AI-powered partner experiences while collaborating across various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the development and growth of the ElevenLabs Partner Marketplace, ensuring effective listing and discovery of partner solutions
- Implement programs and product experiences that enhance customer engagement with partner solutions and drive demand
- Develop scalable, AI-powered experiences to streamline partner onboarding and activation, focusing on measurable outcomes
Required qualifications
- Experience in building and scaling marketplaces or developer ecosystems
- Strong understanding of product-led growth and platform business dynamics
- Proficiency in leveraging AI to enhance partner and customer experiences
- Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes such as activation and revenue
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams
