Job Summary

Managing the onboarding of new partners, the full-time remote Partner Onboarding Coordinator will oversee the implementation process across dropship, consignment, and marketplace channels, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all onboarding tasks while serving as the primary point of contact for partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new partners, conducting kickoff calls and onboarding meetings
  • Own the partner onboarding checklist, ensuring all steps are tracked and completed efficiently
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation and identify opportunities for process improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or client services roles
  • Working knowledge of e-commerce, marketplace, or dropship partner channels
  • Proficiency with project or task management tools such as Jira or Asana
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a dynamic environment
