Job Summary
Managing the new partner onboarding process, the full-time Partner Onboarding Coordinator will train partners on systems, facilitate initial requests, and ensure successful activation in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Directly train new partners on MX Connect and introduce them to Priority products
- Work with new partners to achieve activation of 5+ accounts within 90 days
- Maintain accurate activation reporting and support partners during their initial interactions with Priority
Required qualifications:
- At least two years of experience as a relationship manager in the Bankcard industry
- Developed understanding of the financial technology industry and credit card processing
- Knowledge of the sales partner residual compensation model and related calculations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive, with experience in Excel/Sheets for financial analysis
- Ability to manage processes and work effectively in a fast-paced sales and service environment
