Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Onboarding Manager to lead the onboarding and activation of new lender partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding lifecycle for new lender partners, ensuring successful program launch
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and high-quality partner launches
• Monitor early performance of newly onboarded partners and address any performance issues

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in partner onboarding, partner operations, fintech, lending, or financial services
• Proven experience leading complex partner integrations or onboarding programs
• Strong understanding of consumer lending and loan origination workflows
• Experience managing cross-functional delivery with product, engineering, and operations teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent partner launches
