A company is looking for a Partner Onboarding & Experience Specialist to manage administrative and onboarding tasks for photography partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding and certification process for partners, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to timelines
• Support administrative tasks and collaborate with the photography team to address partner inquiries
• Ensure a positive partner experience by providing coaching and maintaining communication throughout the partner lifecycle

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Photography experience is required
• 2 years of customer service experience is necessary
• 2 years of experience in a lead or management role is preferred
• Proficiency in time management and task prioritization
• Ability to adapt and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving
