Partner Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner, Programs and Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects across the partner lifecycle
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements for operational management
• Work with the Business Intelligence team to automate data flows and develop reporting solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in operations, program/project management, or sales/partner operations, preferably in SaaS
• Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution
• Experience creating documentation and managing operational workflows
• Strong focus on operational efficiency and process optimization
