Partner Operations Analyst

Job Summary

As a remote Partner Operations Analyst, the successful candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of Samsara's Partner Portal, oversee Deal Registration processes, and ensure partner data management while supporting program launches in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Samsara's Partner Portal, managing content updates and user access
• Troubleshoot portal issues and serve as the first point of contact for system inquiries from partners and Partner Account Managers
• Maintain operational workflows for Deal Registration, partner onboarding, and compliance tracking

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, partner/channel operations, or program management
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting and data management
• Strong analytical skills for building reports and identifying data quality issues
• Meticulous attention to detail with a track record of maintaining data integrity
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
