Partner Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Global Partner Organization, the remote Partner Operations Analyst will operationalize partner programs, enhance systems and processes, and deliver data-driven insights to drive partner success and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution and scaling of global partner programs, ensuring alignment and effective rollout
• Build and maintain dashboards to measure partner performance and provide actionable insights for improvement
• Administer partner-related workflows in Salesforce CRM and identify automation opportunities to streamline operations

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in partner operations, channel operations, or revenue operations within a SaaS or technology environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including reports and dashboards
• Familiarity with Partner Ecosystem Management (PEM) tools and partner lifecycle processes
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred
