Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in business operations, growth, or partnerships at a high-growth startup or management consulting
• Proven track record of achieving targets and improving operational workflows
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, data analysis, and business analytics tools
• Ability to nurture client and partner relationships effectively
• Experience in a high-growth health tech startup is preferred
