Partner Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Operations & Delivery Lead to drive the global scaling of their implementation partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage structured processes for partner onboarding, certification, and training
• Optimize operational workflows and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner engagements
• Build strong relationships with partners and implement mechanisms to track and improve partner and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Partner Operations or Professional Services Operations within a B2B SaaS company
• Proven experience in building and managing profitable global partner programs
• Strong understanding of Professional Services P&L drivers and financial modeling
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Workforce Management experience is a plus
