Partner Operations Lead

Job Summary

Owning the operational and technical backbone for the Partnerships function, the full-time Partner Operations & Systems Lead will design systems, processes, and reporting while building internal tools to enhance efficiency in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain partner tech stack, attribution models, and performance dashboards
• Run partner onboarding, tiering, and certification programs while managing decision-making frameworks
• Build internal tools and automations that streamline operations and enhance data reporting

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in partner operations, revenue operations, or a related ops function with program design experience
• Proven ownership of a partner or revenue tech stack, including build/buy/migrate decisions
• Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code
• Experience shaping strategic decisions and managing cross-functional relationships
• Excellent written communication skills for creating clear frameworks and decision documents
