Partner Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Operations Manager to support joint sales programs with partners and enhance sales pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AWS and Microsoft partner programs, ensuring technical and business requirements are met
• Oversee lead registration and co-sell processes, managing communications with cloud sellers and sales executives
• Coordinate cloud marketplace transactions, track revenue, and support partner training and readiness programs

Required Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in partner marketing, sales operations, or channel management, preferably in B2B software or technology
• Experience working with partners in process manufacturing industries is a plus
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and marketplace programs (e.g., AWS, Microsoft) preferred
• Experience working with virtual teams is advantageous
