Job Summary
Driving the execution and optimization of Revenue and Sales Operations initiatives, the full-time Partner Operations Manager will enhance partner program performance and engagement while managing core partner tools and collaborating with internal teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Leadership, Sales, and Marketing to operationalize new partner program launches
- Manage core partner program tools, maintaining data integrity and reporting accuracy
- Track and analyze partner program performance metrics, generating insights for improvements
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, partner operations, or GTM operations, preferably in a B2B or cybersecurity environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and reporting tools
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
