Partner Operations Manager

Job Summary

Driving the operational success of university partnerships, the full-time Partner Operations Manager will manage program delivery, coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders, and enhance partner and student outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned university partners, ensuring alignment on program goals and timelines
• Lead the execution of operational plans for successful program launches and ongoing delivery, enhancing the student lifecycle experience
• Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively while implementing best practices to improve processes and partner satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, account management, or project/program management, ideally in higher education or edtech
• Strong operational and analytical skills, with experience managing complex workflows and using data to inform decisions
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Familiarity with CRM or student information systems (SIS) is a plus
• Experience supporting or partnering with universities or online programs is desirable
