Job Summary
Leading a remote team, the full-time Partner Operations Manager will manage, develop, and support approximately 10-12 Partner Operations Associates, focusing on team performance, coaching, and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, manage, and develop a team of Partner Operations Associates and Senior Associates
- Conduct performance reviews and career development conversations while maintaining a limited personal caseload
- Collaborate with Lead Partner Operations Associates to enhance quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of healthcare operations experience
- 2+ years of experience leading or supervising operational teams
- Proven experience in coaching employees through performance management
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations
- Experience with athenahealth and/or NextGen preferred
