Partner Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Building relationships with medium-large dropship partners, the remote Partner Operations Specialist will manage onboarding, ensure timely order processing, and analyze partner data to drive operational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding processes for new partnerships and ensure accurate order processing
• Analyze partner data to provide actionable recommendations and develop monthly performance reports
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to address issues and enhance partner success

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree
• 2+ years of experience in order/inventory management, e-commerce, or retail operations
• Experience with dropship fulfillment operations is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong presentation skills
• Ability to support partners across different time zones
