Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time permanent position, the Partner Operations Specialist will manage partner account validation, compliance, and issue resolution while collaborating with Distribution Partner Account Managers to ensure smooth sales execution and support.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure accurate account and territory ownership alignment to support sales execution
- Validate partner eligibility and compliance to unblock live deals and ensure alignment with policies
- Resolve rebate and incentive issues tied to active sales cycles to maintain partner motivation
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of proven sales quota attainment and solutions sales experience in software or high-technology offerings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Understanding of the complete sales cycle management from prospect to close
- Experience using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce and Tableau
- Highly collaborative and customer success-driven individual with solid people-focused skills
