Job Summary
Supporting day-to-day operations in a virtual environment, the full-time Partner Operations Specialist will manage partner onboarding, account support, order processing, and documentation management while ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key operational point of contact for partners, resolving account issues and supporting day-to-day needs
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new partners, including documentation and training assistance
- Process partner orders in CRM systems and collaborate with Finance on billing and payment discrepancies
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience in business administration, operations, or customer support
- Experience in partner operations, onboarding support, or administrative coordination roles
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and operational documentation tools
- Detail-oriented with experience in identifying service gaps and improving workflows
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
