Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day operations in a virtual environment, the full-time Partner Operations Specialist will manage partner onboarding, account support, order processing, and documentation management while ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a key operational point of contact for partners, resolving account issues and supporting day-to-day needs
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new partners, including documentation and training assistance
  • Process partner orders in CRM systems and collaborate with Finance on billing and payment discrepancies
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience in business administration, operations, or customer support
  • Experience in partner operations, onboarding support, or administrative coordination roles
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and operational documentation tools
  • Detail-oriented with experience in identifying service gaps and improving workflows
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
