Partner Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the technical infrastructure for partner operations, the full-time Partner Operations Specialist will manage cloud marketplace administration across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, serving as the subject-matter expert on the partner API and facilitating partner revenue-share processes in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own cloud provider marketplace administration across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring listings are accurate and well-documented
• Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on Archera's partner API, developing comprehensive documentation and scalable support processes
• Act as the point of contact for partner revenue-share processes, providing timely and accurate information to Partners and Finance

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a technical operations, cloud, or FinOps role
• 3+ years of experience working with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Hands-on experience supporting an API-based product or solution
• Proven success working cross-functionally with Finance, Engineering, and Sales teams
• Experience filing bug reports and feature requests using Jira or similar tools
