Job Summary

Partner Performance Manager, responsible for overseeing and enhancing the operational performance of external partnered retention vendors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and process efficiency, with the option to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and Consumer Retention vendors, ensuring alignment with operational standards
  • Track vendor performance against key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with quality standards
  • Generate performance reports for internal stakeholders and address operational issues promptly with vendors
Required Qualifications
  • College degree and 4-6 years of professional level experience, including 1-3 years of supervisory experience, or equivalent experience
  • Previous customer service and call center experience
  • Familiarity with consumer internet/broadband repair services
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and implementing process improvements
