Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Portal Administrator & Content Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard and manage users, update and organize content within the partner portal and community platforms
  • Establish and maintain a structured content library, ensuring easy accessibility and optimization
  • Track and analyze content performance and partner feedback to optimize enablement programs
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in portal administration and content management
  • Experience in training and video development, with knowledge of AI tools preferred
  • Familiarity with content management systems and LMS platforms
  • Experience with training development tools and video editing
  • Proficiency in CRM systems is preferred
