Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Portal Administrator & Content Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and manage users, update and organize content within the partner portal and community platforms
- Establish and maintain a structured content library, ensuring easy accessibility and optimization
- Track and analyze content performance and partner feedback to optimize enablement programs
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in portal administration and content management
- Experience in training and video development, with knowledge of AI tools preferred
- Familiarity with content management systems and LMS platforms
- Experience with training development tools and video editing
- Proficiency in CRM systems is preferred
