Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Production Specialist to manage and optimize the performance of Strategic Partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with active Strategic Partners to ensure collaboration and performance alignment
• Provide updates to partners regarding lead flow status and performance, addressing inquiries and improvement opportunities
• Analyze partner lead data to identify trends, resolve bottlenecks, and propose actionable solutions to improve conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing external partners with a focus on relationship-based sales/referrals
• Strong relationship management skills with a solutions-oriented approach
• Analytical mindset with the ability to review performance data and derive actionable insights
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
