Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Program Lead to manage strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy, growth plan, and governance for assigned strategic partners
  • Ensure GTM teams are enabled to execute partner-driven growth motions and oversee joint business plans
  • Develop scalable partner processes and facilitate operational alignment across teams for a seamless partner experience
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in partner account management, strategic alliances, or channel leadership within enterprise technology
  • Experience as a Microsoft ISV or within Microsoft's partner ecosystem
  • Proven ability to grow large-scale strategic partnerships driving significant revenue outcomes
  • Strong program leadership skills with experience in designing frameworks and operational processes
  • Exceptional cross-functional influence and a data-driven, strategic mindset
