Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Program Lead to manage strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, growth plan, and governance for assigned strategic partners
- Ensure GTM teams are enabled to execute partner-driven growth motions and oversee joint business plans
- Develop scalable partner processes and facilitate operational alignment across teams for a seamless partner experience
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in partner account management, strategic alliances, or channel leadership within enterprise technology
- Experience as a Microsoft ISV or within Microsoft's partner ecosystem
- Proven ability to grow large-scale strategic partnerships driving significant revenue outcomes
- Strong program leadership skills with experience in designing frameworks and operational processes
- Exceptional cross-functional influence and a data-driven, strategic mindset
