Job Summary
Leading the strategic direction and performance of key partnerships, the full-time Partner Program Lead will manage executive relationships and cross-functional initiatives to maximize revenue impact and operational effectiveness in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own the multi-year strategy and growth plan for assigned strategic partners, including leading executive business reviews and planning sessions
- Ensure GTM teams are enabled to execute partner-driven growth motions and oversee the execution of joint business plans with shared accountability
- Monitor partnership performance through data-driven analysis, identifying risks and recommending strategic adjustments to ensure ongoing success
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in partner account management, strategic alliances, or channel leadership within enterprise technology
- Experience as a Microsoft ISV or within Microsoft's partner ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to grow large-scale strategic partnerships that drive significant revenue outcomes
- Strong program leadership skills with the ability to design frameworks and operational processes
- Exceptional cross-functional influence and a data-driven, strategic mindset
