Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Program Manager to support the growth and execution of their Certified Partner Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the Certified Partner Program, ensuring consistent execution of policies and processes
• Manage partner lifecycle workflows including onboarding, tier movement, and offboarding with a focus on partner experience
• Create and maintain enablement resources and partner communications to enhance partner engagement and success

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in partner programs, program operations, or related roles within a SaaS or technology company
• Experience supporting programs for external audiences such as partners or customers
• Familiarity with enablement tools like LMS platforms or partner portals
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes
